Your expertise will be essential in driving our projects forward within a diverse team committed to excellence. By leveraging cutting-edge technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI applications, you will help shape the future of our products in a dynamic landscape. <h2>Key Responsibilities</h2> <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Develop, test, and deploy software applications using .NET or Python.</li> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and technical solutions.</li> <li>Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.</li> <li>Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning and collaboration.</li> <li>Implement best practices in clean code and design patterns to enhance software quality.</li> <li>Conduct code reviews and provide troubleshooting support in production environments.</li> <li>Design and integrate cloud services using Microsoft Azure to optimize application architecture.</li> </ul> <h2>Required Skills and Qualifications</h2> Must-have Skills: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Advanced knowledge in development with .NET and Python.</li> <li>Experience with LLMs and applications of generative AI.</li> <li>Strong command of programming paradigms, including: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)</li> <li>Functional Programming</li> </ul> </li> <li>Familiarity with clean code practices and design patterns.</li> <li>Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including architecture and cloud service integration.</li> <li>Knowledge in developing and maintaining unit tests and automated tests.</li> <li>Proficiency in code versioning using Git.</li> <li>Experience with code review, troubleshooting, and technical support in production environments.</li> </ul> Nice-to-have Skills: <ul style="list-style-type: disc;"> <li>Experience with distributed architecture, microservices, and APIs.</li> <li>Exposure to data projects, analytics, or AI-based solutions.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.</li> </ul> At CI&T, we believe in Collaboration, Innovation, and Transformation.
