IT Assistant - INTERNATIONAL

<p>This is a remote position.</p> <p>INTERNATIONAL CANDIDATES ONLY<br></p> <p>We’re looking for an IT Assistant to join our team and support our lead Systems Architect in building and maintaining a powerful, AI-driven solution for personal injury demand writing.<br></p> <p>This is a fully remote opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, learning new systems, and being part of a growing legal tech environment.<br></p> <p>A big part of this role will involve working within Zoho—helping manage workflows, user access, system processes, and supporting day-to-day operations across the platform.<br></p> <p><br></p> In this role, you’ll:<br> • Assist in maintaining OCR pipelines for medical and legal documents<br> • Support testing and monitoring of AI/LLM workflows<br> • Help manage user access and features within client portals and dashboards<br> • Assist with API integrations and troubleshooting<br> • Monitor system performance and report issues<br> • Support data security and compliance (including HIPAA)<br> • Help document systems and workflows<br> • Provide general IT support to internal teams<br> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> We’re looking for someone who has:<br> • 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical roles<br> • Basic knowledge of OCR tools, AI systems, or data workflows<br> • Familiarity with Python or JavaScript (basic level is okay)<br> • Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP<br> • Understanding of APIs, integrations, or databases<br> • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail<br> • Good communication skills in English<br> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> Nice to have:<br> • Experience with legal tech or healthcare data<br> • Exposure to AI tools, automation, or data pipelines<br> • Familiarity with system monitoring and documentation<br> • Interest in growing into a more advanced technical role<br> <p><br></p> <p>This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience with advanced AI systems and legal technology while working closely with a senior technical leader in a fast-growing environment.<br></p> <br> <br>
