As an IT agile delivery owner senior in the CLTG Multi-Product Quoting team, you’ll guide one or more teams in delivering high value solutions that support Progressive Commercial business and product goals.

You’ll partner closely with Progressive Commercial product owners and cross functional stakeholders to align priorities, maintain a healthy product backlog, and provide transparency into delivery progress and outcomes. You’ll foster collaboration, trust, and continuous improvement while helping teams optimize workflow, address risks, and mature their agile practices in a dynamic, evolving environment.

This is a remote position for US based work only.

Must Have Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices
  • {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Professional Scrum Master I required in addition to the above education and/or experience
Preferred Skills
  • Proven ability to operate holistically across teams, platforms, and stakeholders, understanding how work flows through the system and how local decisions impact broader delivery outcomes
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret delivery metrics, identify patterns and risks, and dynamically adapt approaches to improve outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience leading through ambiguity, managing delivery expectations using transparency, data, and clear communication around capacity, risk, and tradeoffs
  • Strong agile leadership presence, able to influence without authority, foster accountability, and coach teams and individuals at varying levels of agile maturity
  • Experience leveraging flow and delivery metrics (e.g., throughput, cycle time, WIP, predictability) to tell the story behind the work and drive continuous improvement
Compensation

  • $97,650 - $108,500/year
  • Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
