At Kao Professional Hair Brands, our Inside Sales team plays a critical role in driving growth connecting with new salons, building pipelines, and supporting our field teams to win new business. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role focused on outbound sales, lead generation, and campaign execution. You’ll be speaking with salon owners, identifying opportunities, and helping turn interest into long-term partnerships all within a flexible, work-from-home environment.
