Managing day-to-day operations for influencer campaigns, the full-time remote Influencer Marketing Coordinator will coordinate outreach, maintain campaign timelines, and ensure effective communication with creators, allowing the Social & Influencer Lead to focus on strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities Own influencer outreach and manage communication for mid-tier and micro creators throughout campaigns Build and maintain briefing documents to provide clear direction for creators based on campaign strategy Track contracts, deliverables, and payments while managing multiple simultaneous campaigns efficiently Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, talent coordination, or related marketing operations roles Proficiency in Notion for building trackers, databases, and project hubs Familiarity with influencer platforms and the social media landscape across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Experience with contracts and deliverable tracking in influencer campaigns Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities
