Job Overview

We are seeking reliable and motivated independent contractor delivery drivers to join our logistics team in Dallas, TX. This role requires individuals who own and operate a full-size cargo van in good working condition and have 2 years of experience.

Drivers will be assigned delivery routes Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend and holiday work as needed.

  • Important: Full-size cargo van required. Transit Connects,or smaller vehicles, are not accepted.

Responsibilities

  • Safely operate your delivery vehicle at all times Follow assigned delivery routes using a handheld device (iPhone required or must be obtained) Load, unload, and deliver packages safely with care Navigate multiple stops within assigned areas to ensure timely deliveries Work in all weather conditions as required by route operations Ability to perform frequent physical activity, including entering/exiting vehicle, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, lifting, carrying, and other movements required to complete deliveries safely. Lift, carry, and transport packages ranging from 20–60 lbs, with the ability to handle occasionally heavier packages as needed to complete deliveries.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older Eligible to work in the United States (proof of documentation required) Valid and active driver’s license Clean driving record (no DUIs) No felonies or misdemeanors Must pass background check Must consent to a DMV motor vehicle record (MVR) check as part of the hiring process. Valid vehicle registration and active insurance Own a reliable full-size cargo van in good working condition

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday routes Must be available to work shifts ranging from a minimum of 8 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day, based on delivery route requirements and business needs Availability for occasional weekend shifts and major holidays is required depending on delivery volume and operational needs.
