Some travel requiredWHO YOU ARE <ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proven experience in client onboarding, training or customer education roles within AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or similar industries.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Client-focused mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve success.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay updated on industry trends.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Comfortable collaborating across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities.</li></ul>WHAT YOU’LL DO IN YOUR CHOOZLE POSITION<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Own the initial experience for all new clients, including platform onboarding, implementation, training, and increasing initial adoption to improve long-term retention and client satisfaction.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop and deliver engaging training programs for clients, covering various aspects and capabilities of the Choozle platform.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Customize onboarding processes based on clients' specific goals, objectives, and skill levels.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Provide hands-on guidance to clients in setting up their accounts, navigating the platform, and configuring campaigns to ensure client comfort and success.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Facilitate clear communication and workflows between project team members, including sales and account teams, to ensure timely deliverables.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain expertise on all Choozle features, product enhancements, and industry trends to ensure training content reflects the latest features and best practices.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Create instructional materials, tutorials, and documentation to support the learning process.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and offer proactive recommendations to enhance programmatic campaign performance.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Gather client feedback to understand their experience and identify areas for improvement in onboarding and training processes.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Work closely with sales, account, and product development teams to communicate client needs and feedback, contributing to continuous platform improvement and client relationships.</li></ul>WHO WE ARE Our Choozle vision is to make Choozle an amazing place to work that exceeds our clients and partners expectations through the application and support of our continuously innovating digital advertising platform.
