Hybrid Executive/Personal Assistant Park Slope

<br><p> </p><br><p>An owner of a business who also has real estate holdings is looking for an Executive/Personal Assistant. The location is Fifth Avenue in Park Slope. This is a new position.</p><br><p><strong> </strong></p><br><p><strong>About the Job:</strong></p><br><p> Coordinate and prioritize meetings</p><br><p> Vet and prioritize the Principals emails</p><br><p> Compose correspondence</p><br><p> Prepare materials for meetings; internal, Board, client meetings and speaking engagements</p><br><p> Maintain the calendar and prioritize on Principals behalf</p><br><p> Coordinate complex travel arrangements</p><br><p> Create PowerPoint presentations</p><br><p> Do research</p><br><p> Coordinate speaking engagements</p><br><p> Process expense reports</p><br><p> Assist with social media</p><br><p> Run errands</p><br><p> Returns</p><br><p> Hire and oversee household vendors</p><br><p> Send cards and gifts</p><br><p><strong> </strong></p><br><p><strong>About You:</strong></p><br><p> Minimum of 3 years of experience in a support role</p><br><p> BA/BS from a college or university</p><br><p> Experience with social media a plus</p><br><p> Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)</p><br><p> Strong communication skills: written and verbal</p><br><p> Polished, professional demeanor</p><br><p> Outstanding communication skills</p><br><p> </p><br><p>Salary, Benefits (medical, dental vision), 401K, Paid Vacation</p><br><p>Hours: 8-5 with 1 hour off for lunch</p><br><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?fzmkklptx76mJ2QGwWqL2gz" width="0" height="0">
