San Francisco & San Mateo County | Hybrid | Part-Time (15-25 hrs/week)

At Behavioral For Young Children (BYC), we specialize in early intervention services and ABA programs for children under 5, partnering closely with families and community providers to create meaningful, lasting change. As a BCBA, you’ll work with a collaborative, supportive team that values clinical quality, cultural responsiveness, and family-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct developmental and behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ESDM-informed practices)
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA programs focused on early communication, social, and play skills
- Provide parent coaching and caregiver training using a family-centered approach
- Supervise and support Behavior Technicians to ensure high treatment fidelity
- Collaborate with daycares, preschools, and community partners (e.g., GGRC)
- Monitor progress, analyze data, and adjust programs to support meaningful outcomes
- Supervision requirements include a blend of telehealth and at least one monthly on-site visit for each client.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification (BACB)
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention (ages 0–5)
- Strong skills in parent coaching and naturalistic teaching strategies
- Ability to work collaboratively across home and school/daycare settings
- Excellent communication, organization, and clinical decision-making skills
