HR Transformation Analyst
<p>The Team:</p><p>The HR Strategy & Shared Services function sets the foundation of People Experience at S&P Global Mobility. Spanning across Global Shared Services, Payroll, Workday & HR Analytics, and HR Transformation & Portfolio Management, this team is a technology-enabled engine to drive discipline, efficiency, data integrity, and a seamless day-to-day experience for our people.</p><p>Position Overview:</p><p>The HR Transformation Analyst will report to the HR Transformation & Portfolio Management Lead and play a pivotal role in driving the execution of key initiatives to enable our global HR operating model. Serving as a connector between business stakeholders, HR Centers of Expertise, and cross-functional partners (e.g., Technology, Legal, Finance), this role will ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, by clear accountability owners, and aligned to strategic priorities.</p><p>Operating at the intersection of strategy and execution, the Analyst will support the execution of HR transformation initiatives through strong analytical, process improvement, and project coordination capabilities. This role requires a balance of structured project management discipline and agile, consultative leadership to enable HR teams to deliver measurable impact efficiently and consistently.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>Transformation Program Delivery</p><p>Partners with HR business leaders, technology, and operations teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable project roadmaps and milestones</p><p>Drives end-to-end project delivery across multiple HR transformation initiatives; contributes to development of business cases, project documentation (e.g., health report, risks, dependencies); ensures timely escalation where needed</p><p>Governance & Compliance</p><p>Supports PMO governance processes, including reporting cadence, documentation standards, and decision tracking</p><p>Contributes to development of service catalogs, RACI frameworks, and operating model clarity</p><p>Lead the design and implementation of an enterprise HR controls governance framework, partnering with COEs to standardize SOX and operational control documentation, ownership, and compliance practices</p><p>Establish and manage control tracking, testing, and remediation processes, ensuring audit readiness, timely issue resolution, and alignment with Internal Audit and Finance requirements</p><p>Develop and deliver control performance reporting and metrics, integrating KPIs into HR Balanced Scorecard to provide leadership visibility into risk, compliance, and operational effectiveness</p><p>Process Documentation</p><p>Documents and evaluates current-state HR processes across the employee lifecycle</p><p>Identifies opportunities for simplification, standardization, and automation</p><p>Develops process maps, SOPs, and service delivery documentation to enable Transformation initiatives</p><p>Data Analysis & Reporting</p><p>Analyzes HR operational metrics (e.g., SLAs, case volumes, cycle times, service performance)</p><p>Builds automated reports and dashboards to support PMO tracking and decision-making</p><p>Provides data-driven insights to inform prioritization and continuous improvement</p><p>Stakeholder Coordination</p><p>Partners with HRBPs, COEs (e.g., Total Rewards, Talent & Culture), Shared Services, and IT to gather requirements and support solution design</p><p>Coordinates across stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines</p><p>Supports facilitation of working sessions, workshops, and change management activities</p><p>What We Are Looking For: </p><p>3-5 years of project or program management experience, preferably within Human Resources, business transformation, or corporate functions in a complex, matrixed organization.</p><p>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.</p><p>Proven experience managing and maintaining RAID logs, project schedules, resource plans, and stakeholder governance routines.</p><p>Strong interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills; able to influence and engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels.</p><p>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for structured thinking and execution.</p><p>Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or A) and data <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">visualization/reporting</span> platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).</p><p>Bachelor’s degree required; PMP, PMI-ACP, or related certification preferred.</p><p>Familiarity with HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow HRSD) preferred.</p><p> </p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!</span></span></p><p><span style="color:#000000"><span style="font-size:14px">It is the policy of Mobility to provide equal employment opportunity (EEO) to all persons regardless of age, color, national origin, citizenship status, physical or mental disability, race, religion, creed, gender, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and/or expression, genetic information, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local law.
