Hardware & Software Test System Engineer (f/m/div.)

Responsibilities
- Support the continuous improvement of existing testing machinery and equipment.
- Develop concepts and designs for new test systems.
- Write requirement specifications and support the sourcing process.
- Follow up with suppliers during the construction, assembly, and validation of new machinery.
- Train operators and maintenance teams on the operation, calibration, and maintenance of complex equipment locally and at Bosch plants worldwide.
- Ensure proper documentation, organization, and knowledge transfer across the organization.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to innovative solutions and overcoming technical challenges.
Education
- Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Preferably 3 years of experience in hardware and software development or similar roles.
- Experience with infotainment or ADAS test systems is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, I2C, etc.).
- Strong understanding of both hardware and software in the context of test systems.
- Ability to write technical specifications and support machinery development processes.
- Familiarity with calibration, operation, and maintenance of test equipment is an advantage.
Languages
- Fluent in English; German is a plus.
