This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn and grow by executing across inbound, outbound, and social channels.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Assist with inbound campaigns (content, social posts, <em>SEO</em> tasks)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support outbound outreach (building prospect lists, sending sequences, follow-ups)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Help create and distribute content across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other channels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Track campaign results and report on key metrics</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Learn and contribute to GTM experiments alongside the growth team</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">0–2 years experience in <em>marketing</em>, sales development, or growth</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Interest in inbound, outbound, and content-driven growth</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Familiar with tools like <em>HubSpot</em>, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (or eager to learn)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Curious, proactive, and excited to gain hands-on experience</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em">We connect top talent with vetted employers, competitive pay, and real growth opportunities.</p>
