Role: Greenhouse ATS Technical SME (W2 Only)
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: 24+ Months
W2 Only, ANY VISA (H1B transfers are fine too)
Greenhouse Expert fully remote. Looking for a strong technical profile; experience with EmpTrust would be a major plus.
- Partner with business stakeholders to define their HRIS system needs and develop solutions for delivering against them.
- Completes assigned configuration tasks in Greenhouse & onboarding systems as requested for front end user and business needs.
- Configures integration between Oracle HCM and Greenhouse platform, and from Greenhouse to Onboarding platform ensuring data consistency and quality across systems.
- Ensures HRIS systems are compliant with GDPR and other data governance regulations, participating in SOX and other audits as required.
- Supports data and analytics using Greenhouse data for ad-hoc reporting for People Acquisition, leadership, and other business users.
- Responds with answers or solutions to inquiries and escalations for support from business users.
- Designs test cases and participate in the review and testing of code/configuration releases of both ATS and Onboarding systems.
