Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires a friendly demeanor, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with office management tools. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle a variety of clerical duties, manage multi-line phone systems, and assist with daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow and positive client interactions.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer and direct calls using multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette
- Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
- Perform data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using computer literacy skills
- Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and inquiries efficiently
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies and organizing documents
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment
- Vaild driver's license and the ability to drive when needed
Skills
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in office clerical
