Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented attitude
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest information, and billing details while ensuring data privacy and security
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly
  • Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, verify accounts, and prepare reports for management review
  • Provide concierge services such as booking transportation, recommending local attractions, and assisting with special requests

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotels or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality setting
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued
  • Knowledge of hospitality management systems and proficiency in handling multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
  • Ability to manage night audit procedures accurately while maintaining attention to detail
  • Familiarity with guest relations practices, hotel policies, and procedures to ensure consistent service quality
  • Hospitality management background preferred; experience with guest services and hotel operations is a plus
