Audit our current Asana setup (Design + PD + Production workflows)
Restructure into a clean, stage-based pipeline (Concept → Design → Development → Sampling → Finalization)
Separate and streamline workflows for Sleep vs Apparel
Establish clear ownership and accountability within projects
Simplify task structures (reduce clutter, improve usability)
Build dashboard views for leadership visibility (status, blockers, timelines)
Create templates for repeatable seasonal product cycles
Train team on how to use the system effectively (light documentation + walkthrough)
