Franchise Business Partner
Job Description:
- Serves as primary liaison between the franchisor and the operating unity franchise partners
- Builds strong, credible relationships with franchisees and operating partners through frequent, proactive, honest and informative interactions
- Facilitates successful achievement of business goals by performing needs analysis and developing action plans
- Consults with marketing to develop and grow the franchise operating unit's participation in the marketing co-op
- Ensures success of new store openings by coordinating with and deploying Operations Business Partner
- Provides timely, clear and informative communication and feedback to Divisional Vice President and other company personnel
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Five to ten years of progressive operations management experience required with at least three years in multi-unit management required
- Experience working with franchisees highly preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of general math, P&L, and financial analysis skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of operations business including real estate & construction, cash controls, labor/transaction forecasting, employment laws, and marketing
- Proficient with FOCUS System or other point of sale system
- Analytical Skills: effectively uses data to generate insights for operations excellence
