Nabors is hiring Floorhands for rotational work in Arctic Alaska, supporting rig operations in extreme environmental conditions. Candidates will assist with drill pipe handling, rig-up/rig-down operations, shaker monitoring, and BOP assembly while adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines. What you’ll need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of floorhand or rig crew experience
  • Ability to lift 60+ lbs and operate hand/power tools
  • Must work safely in extreme Arctic conditions (snow, ice, subzero temps)
  • Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
  • Valid, unrestricted driver’s license (Real ID compliant)
  • Respiratory protection and PPE compliance
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
