FIFO Alaska Floorhands – 14/14 or 21/21 Rotations – Nabors – Arctic Conditions
Nabors is hiring Floorhands for rotational work in Arctic Alaska, supporting rig operations in extreme environmental conditions. Candidates will assist with drill pipe handling, rig-up/rig-down operations, shaker monitoring, and BOP assembly while adhering to strict safety and procedural guidelines. What you’ll need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of floorhand or rig crew experience
- Ability to lift 60+ lbs and operate hand/power tools
- Must work safely in extreme Arctic conditions (snow, ice, subzero temps)
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and physical
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license (Real ID compliant)
- Respiratory protection and PPE compliance
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
