The RoleAs Controller, you will own the financial engine of PPH, including overseeing financial reporting, cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and international compliance. You will be a strategic partner to executive leadership, a mentor to your accounting team, and the person who ensures every number tells the right story. This is a high-trust, high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-moving, global environment. What You'll Do<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Prepare timely, accurate financial statements in compliance with GAAP and relevant regulations</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage cash flow and line-of-credit (LOC) reporting</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive informed decision-making</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Deliver actionable financial insights to executive leadership</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Develop and enforce internal controls, policies, and procedures</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Coordinate with foreign accounting and audit teams on filings, tax coordination, and board meetings</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Support external tax and audit firms with compliance preparation</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Manage corporate filings, business licenses, workers' compensation audits, and insurance renewals</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Partner with HR on benefits administration including health insurance and 401(k)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Oversee and mentor the accounting and finance team</li></ul> What You Bring<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">5–7+ years of financial management experience, preferably in a leadership role</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience with international financial coordination and compliance</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Proficiency in QuickBooks, ADP General Ledger, and financial modeling tools</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">A high standard of integrity, precision, and accountability</li></ul> Why PPH?We seek improvement always, which means we invest in our people, welcome feedback, and build careers, not just jobs.
