Entry Level Automotive Sales Specialist

ICT Used Cars is looking for someone motivated, coachable, and ready to grow. No automotive sales experience needed. Customer service, retail, hospitality, or phone experience is a huge plus.

We are looking for someone with energy, people skills, and the ability to stay positive in a fast-paced environment. The right person is willing to learn, communicate well with customers and teammates, and wants an opportunity to build a career instead of just working a job. Responsibilities

  • Work with customers in person, online, and over the phone
  • Learn the vehicle sales process from start to finish
  • Follow up with customers, leads, and appointments
  • Maintain accurate CRM/DMS customer information
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and management teams
  • Participate in daily sales meetings and training

Qualifications

  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license required

Schedule

Monday–Friday 10am–6pm
Saturday 10am–4pm
