We’re looking for a detail-oriented, execution-driven Compliance Consultant who understands employee benefits and ACA reporting—and takes pride in getting the work done right, on time, every time. This is not a theoretical compliance role. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused position where your work directly impacts client outcomes. What You’ll Do Execute Employee Benefits & ACA Compliance Work <ul><li>Support delivery of key compliance services, including:</li><ul><li>ACA tracking and 1094/1095 reporting </li><li>Form 5500 and ERISA-related documentation </li><li>PCORI filings and benefits compliance activities </li></ul><li>Ensure all work meets regulatory and internal standards </li></ul>Own Your Work & Deliverables <ul><li>Manage assigned compliance tasks from start to finish </li><li>Ensure work is completed accurately, completely, and on time </li><li>Maintain strong documentation and audit-ready records </li></ul>Validate Data & Ensure Accuracy <ul><li>Review and validate benefits and compliance-related data </li><li>Identify discrepancies and correct issues proactively </li><li>Minimize errors and rework through attention to detail </li></ul>Support Implementation & Client Delivery <ul><li>Assist with onboarding and implementation activities </li><li>Support ongoing service delivery across client accounts </li><li>Provide updates and visibility into your work </li></ul>Identify & Escalate Issues <ul><li>Recognize risks, delays, or inconsistencies early </li><li>Escalate issues appropriately and support resolution </li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and processes </li></ul>What Success Looks Like <ul><li>Work is delivered accurately and on time (95%+ SLA) </li><li>Errors and rework are minimized </li><li>Documentation is complete and consistent </li><li>The team can rely on your execution and follow-through </li><li>Clients receive high-quality, dependable compliance support </li></ul>What You Bring <ul><li>3–6+ years of experience in:</li><ul><li>Employee benefits administration </li><li>ACA compliance / reporting </li><li>OR related compliance/operations roles in insurance, TPA, broker, or insurtech </li></ul><li>Experience working with:</li><ul><li>ACA (1094/1095) </li><li>Benefits data, eligibility, or compliance reporting </li></ul><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to manage:</li><ul><li>high-volume, deadline-driven work </li></ul><li>Ability to:</li><ul><li>identify issues and take ownership of resolution </li><li>follow structured processes and documentation standards </li></ul><li>Strong communication and follow-through </li></ul>Why This Role is Different <ul><li>Your work directly impacts client compliance and retention </li><li>You are part of a growing, revenue-generating service line </li><li>You will operate in a team that values:</li><ul><li>accuracy </li><li>accountability </li><li>execution discipline </li></ul></ul>Why Decisely We’re building a company where: <ul><li>details matter </li><li>execution is everything </li><li>and great work gets recognized </li><li>If you take pride in doing things right—and being someone the team can depend on—you’ll thrive here. </li></ul>Details <ul><li>Remote </li><li>Competitive compensation aligned to market </li><li>Benefits eligible </li><li>Life & Health license preferred (or willingness to obtain) </li></ul>Final Thought If you’re someone who: <ul><li>understands employee benefits compliance </li><li>values accuracy and accountability </li><li>and wants to be part of a high-performing team </li></ul>This is an opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact work every day.
