eCommerce Marketing Manager
Leading the charge in customer retention and subscription growth, the full-time Manager, eCommerce & Lifecycle Marketing will oversee email and SMS programs, manage the DTC marketing calendar, and enhance the online shopping experience, with a preference for in-person/hybrid work in New York City or remote candidates across the US. Key responsibilities Own and manage email and SMS marketing programs, including campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance tracking Develop and optimize the subscription program, focusing on acquisition, churn reduction, and subscriber experience Coordinate the DTC marketing calendar and ensure seamless execution of product launches and promotions across multiple channels Required qualifications 4+ years of experience in growth marketing within a CPG or DTC brand, specifically in retention and lifecycle marketing Proven experience managing email and SMS marketing programs end-to-end Strong understanding of the eCommerce customer journey and on-site conversion strategies Familiarity with Shopify and major ESP/SMS platforms like Klaviyo or Attentive Demonstrated program management and launch coordination skills
