EB Tech Customer Success Specialist (Employee Navigator)

This team deploys and supports benefits administration technology, <b>Employee Navigator</b>, to assist our customers and their employees with automated benefits enrollment, healthcare reform compliance, and other technology‑driven solutions.</p><p></p><p>The Specialist works directly with client contacts and internal partners to ensure platforms are accurate, compliant, and optimized throughout the plan year.
