We work end-to-end with international brands, corporations, and startups on their Amazon and TikTok Shop strategy, advertising, content, and operations. Our team is distributed across Europe, the Philippines, and Latin America - warm, tight-knit, and genuinely collaborative.<h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">The Role</h2>We are looking for an E-Commerce Graphic Designer to join our content team part-time. You will create Amazon listing image templates that drive conversion for our clients, and you will work closely with our existing senior designer and our content lead.This is a part-time freelance role on an hourly basis, starting at around 10 hours per week with the option to ramp based on volume.<h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">Your Tasks</h2><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Create Amazon listing image templates against a defined Blankspace style system (main responsibility)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Build A+ content modules and product detail page variations (lower volume)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Produce Brandstore content as needed (sporadic)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Creating and owning your own briefs</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ensure full control over design direction, feasibility, and final output quality</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Communicate directly with clients to gather and incorporate design feedback</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Maintain visual consistency across product ranges within each client account</li></ul> <h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">Required Skills</h2><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strong working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Solid eye for visual hierarchy and conversion-driven design</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Clean technical execution: proper layering, text legibility, export-ready files</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Reliable English communication in an async-first culture (written first, async over meetings)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Experience using AI tools to generate visual elements (ChatGpt | Gemini | Claude | Runway | Sora)</li></ul> <h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">Nice to Have</h2><ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Prior experience with Amazon listing images, A+ content, or Brandstore</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">German-language reading ability (most of our clients are DACH-region, briefings often include German texts)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Familiarity with template systems (Figma component libraries, InDesign masters, or similar)</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Basic video editing skills </li></ul> Primary Locations: Ukraine/Poland<h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">Compensation</h2>15 to 20 USD per hour depending on experience. Training time fully paid. Hourly freelance invoice (Wise or equivalent).<h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">Work Schedule</h2>Fully remote. Flexible hours with at least 2 to 3 hours of overlap with European business hours per working day. Weekly target volume around 10 hours to start, with potential to increase based on workload and performance.<h2 style="line-height:1.2;margin-top:16px;margin-bottom:8px;">Who You Work With</h2>You report to our Content Lead. Our existing senior designer acts as German-language QA on relevant work.
