Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must.</span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">The DMS Architect will be responsible for the overall delivery of DMS Projects within the K2 Organization.</span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">The DMS Architect will be working with clients to install, upgrade, customize and maintain legal DMS systems in both on premise and cloud-based environments. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Design, implement, and configure core iManage modules such as IDOL/RAVN, Comm Server, Share, Drive, SPM, Threat Manager, etc. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Design, implement, and configure core NetDocuments modules such as ndMail, ndLink, etc. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Perform full DMS cloud migrations. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Setup and configure DMS specific tools like Litera, RBRO, MacroAgility, etc. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Assist with authentication setup (SSO, MFA, SAML) </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Perform mass document imports/exports in/out of DMS </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Tier 3 user application support (specifically for iManage and NetDocuments) </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Perform data analysis, gather and document user and functional requirements </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Troubleshoot workspace creation issues </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Integrations with other desktop applications </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Troubleshooting on server, workstation or cloud  </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Perform system administrative functions </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Assist with building and adding to documentation </span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#262626"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#262626"><b><u>Required Skills and Abilities:</u></b></span></p><ul><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Knowledge of the following Technical Environments: </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">iManage Work DMS applications (Work Server, Work 10 Desktop, RAVN, SPM, Threat Manager) </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Legal desktop – e.g. iManage, NetDocuments, Microsoft Office, Adobe, Litera, etc. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Document import/export tools (native and third-party) </span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#262626"> </span></p><p><span style="color:#262626"><b><u> </u></b></span></p><p><span style="color:#262626"><b><u>Education and Experience: </u></b></span></p><ul><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">10 + years working with legal DMS (specifically iManage or NetDocuments) </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">5+ years’ experience with core iManage server applications version 10.x, desktop clients, IDOL/RAVN, iManage. Work, Cloudimanage.com, etc.  </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Must have a working knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Experience with iManage Share, SPM, TM, third-party add-ons/integrations (server, cloud, and client-based applications) and programming concepts are beneficial. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Experience with the deployment of Work 10.  Plus, a good understand of the client configuration options and the deployment of those options. </span></p></li><li style="color:#262626 !important"><p><span style="color:#262626">Bachelor’s degree in an IT related major </span></p></li></ul><p><span style="color:#262626"> </span></p><p> </p><p> </p>$58,073.00 - $125,808.30
