Director Visual Merchandising and Field Marketing

<p>The New Balance team is looking for an experienced and passionate individual to join us as our Director of Visual Merchandising and Field Marketing. We are looking for a creative, strategic, and collaborative leader to join our team and help us to continue to grow and expand our presence in the marketplace. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, strong communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record of success in developing and executing creative visual merchandising strategies.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Visual Merchandising, or related field, a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, and a portfolio of projects and campaigns that demonstrate their creative problem-solving skills. In addition to a strong knowledge of current trends and best practices in visual merchandising and field marketing, the successful candidate will also possess strong organizational and time management skills and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.We are looking for a driven and passionate individual with a track record of success in the field of visual merchandising and field marketing. Responsibilities: Develop and execute creative visual merchandising strategies to help New Balance expand and grow its presence in the marketplace Utilize current trends and best practices in visual merchandising and field marketing to create engaging campaigns and initiatives Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely and accurate completion Oversee and evaluate the success of all visual merchandising and field marketing initiatives Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners Analyze customer feedback to improve the effectiveness of visual merchandising and field marketing initiatives Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that all visual merchandising and field marketing initiatives are in alignment with New Balance brand and marketing objectives Prepare presentations and reports to provide updates to senior management on the progress of initiatives Monitor industry trends and new technologies to ensure that New Balance is up-to-date on the latest innovations and best practices.</p><p>New Balance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
