Director, Sales Costco & BJ's Wholesale - US Home Office

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Sales Costco & Bj's Wholesale - US Home Office to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive meaningful impact across key initiatives and partner cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work closely with stakeholders to execute against strategic priorities and scale performance.

The position offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution in a high-growth environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $165,000 – $195,000 annually

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic sales plans for Costco and BJ's to drive growth
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate on customer-specific requirements and club-channel strategies
  • Lead broker relationships and monitor performance
  • Use data and insights for effective storytelling to stakeholders
  • Champion omnichannel growth using e-commerce strategies
Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of CPG sales experience, with at least 3 years in club/wholesale sales (Costco, BJ's)
  • Proven track record in growing large accounts and driving revenue
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis (syndicated data, POS, shopper insights)
  • Advanced negotiation and communication skills with executive presence
  • Experience managing teams and indirect partners (brokers, distributors)
  • Bachelor's degree required
