We are seeking passionate, results-driven individuals with national sales experience who take pride in representing our brands and fostering meaningful partnerships.</p><h3></h3><p><b>What You’ll Do for Us</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Strategic Business Planning</b>: Lead collaborative business planning to develop and execute key partnership initiatives, category programs, and strategies that drive brand sales and growth.</p></li><li><p><b>Customer Engagement</b>: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, both internally and externally, by identifying strategic opportunities and addressing challenges to promote product growth.</p></li><li><p><b>Account Management</b>: Develop comprehensive Account Business Plans, including goals, key initiatives, major actions, support needs, and new product recommendations.</p></li><li><p><b>Cross-Functional Collaboration</b>: Partner with local bottling teams, distributor portfolios, and cross-functional representatives to ensure Coca-Cola North America delivers the full depth and breadth of resources for mutual success.</p></li><li><p><b>Supply Chain Strategy</b>: Design and activate direct supply chain strategies to drive efficiencies across Coca-Cola North America Product Supply and Foodservice distributor operations.</p></li><li><p><b>Competitive Insights</b>: Stay informed about competitive activities within assigned geographies and communicate relevant insights in a timely manner.</p></li><li><p><b>Distributor Stewardship</b>: Lead stewardship routines with distributors to measure and communicate performance against mutually agreed-upon plans.</p></li><li><p><b>Category Innovation Activation</b>: Drive the implementation of Coca-Cola North America’s category innovations (e.g., Freestyle, Tea, Refresh Server, Juice, and VEB brands) at both national and local levels within the Foodservice distributor network.</p></li><li><p><b>Customer Service Excellence</b>: Champion change by eliminating barriers and resolving service issues to deliver the highest level of distributor customer service.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><p><b>Qualification & Requirements</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Education</b>: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is required.</p></li><li><p><b>Experience</b>: Minimum of 5+ years of national sales experience within the beverage or CPG industries.</p></li><li><p><b>Leadership & Collaboration</b>: Proven ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects effectively.</p></li><li><p><b>Relationship Management</b>: Expertise in managing relationships with suppliers, contractors, bottlers, and third-party partners, with a deep understanding of supplier capabilities and performance.</p></li><li><p><b>Supply Chain Knowledge</b>: Strong knowledge of supply chain operations, transportation planning, and management of DPU, intermodal, and over-the-road carrier networks.</p></li><li><p><b>Problem-Solving Skills</b>: Ability to identify alternatives, recommend solutions, and achieve win-win outcomes for all stakeholders.</p></li></ul><h3></h3><p><b>What We Can Do for You</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Iconic & Innovative Brands</b>: Be part of a portfolio that includes over 250 products and some of the world’s most beloved brands, such as Coca-Cola, Simply, Fairlife, and Topo Chico.</p></li><li><p><b>Expansive & Diverse Customers</b>: Work with a wide range of customers, including retail and grocery outlets, theme parks, movie theaters, restaurants, and more.</p></li><li><p><b>Growth Opportunities</b>: Join a company that values professional development and offers opportunities to grow your career within a global organization.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p>The Coca-Cola Company will not offer sponsorship for employment status (including, but not limited to, H1-B visa status and other employment-based nonimmigrant visas) for this position.
