Director, Corporate Banking – Native American Financial Services
Job Description:
- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospects
- Lead client relationship management efforts
- Source, evaluate, and structure corporate finance transactions
- Drive deal execution, including pitching, structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions
- Maintain deep knowledge of industry trends and financial products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in finance, business, or a related field required
- 10+ years of experience in investment banking or capital markets required
- FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) required
- FINRA License S7 required
- FINRA License S79 required
- FINRA License S63 required
