Dental Team Leader | Work From Home (Pooling)

<p><strong>Job Description:</strong></p> <ul><li>Oversee the complete cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.</li><li>Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative environment to meet and exceed departmental goals.</li><li>Handle complex billing issues and coordinate with insurance companies to resolve disputes and minimize denials.</li><li>Follow teams and/or client’s proper procedures, policies, and methodologies as instructed.</li></ul> <p><strong>Minimum Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul><li>Consultancy basis – minimum of 6 months consultancy contract subject for renewal</li><li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dental billing team lead role.</li><li>Extensive experience in the full cycle of dental billing processes, including insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and accounts receivable follow-up.</li><li>Proven track record of managing end-to-end dental billing processes.</li><li>Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.</li><li>Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul> <p><strong>Others:</strong></p><ul><li>Work from home</li><li>Company equipment pc provided</li></ul>
