We are looking for passionate, dependable individuals to join our team as Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers and Float Teachers.
Position Overview
Lead Teachers
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum
- Lead classroom management and daily routines
- Ensure compliance with licensing and CACFP guidelines
- Communicate effectively with parents and leadership
- Mentor and support assistant teachers
Assistant/Float Teachers
- Support the lead teacher in daily classroom activities
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment
- Engage positively with children and assist with supervision
- Step into different classrooms as needed
