The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data architecture, data engineering, and modern cloud-based data platforms, with a focus on designing scalable and efficient data solutions.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Design, develop, and implement <strong>data architecture solutions using Microsoft Fabric</strong></li><li>Build and optimize <strong>data pipelines, data lakes, and data warehouses</strong></li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into scalable solutions</li><li>Define and enforce <strong>data modeling standards, governance, and best practices</strong></li><li>Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and BI teams to enable seamless data access and reporting</li><li>Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and compliance across systems</li><li>Optimize performance and scalability of data platforms</li><li>Support migration of legacy systems to modern data platforms (Fabric / Azure ecosystem)</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>12+ years of experience in <strong>Data Architecture / Data Engineering</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Microsoft Fabric (mandatory)</strong></li><li>Strong expertise in:</li><li>Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Synapse, Data Lake)</li><li>Data Modeling (Dimensional & Relational)</li><li>ETL/ELT pipelines</li><li>Proficiency in <strong>SQL, Python, or similar programming languages</strong></li><li>Experience with <strong>Power BI or other visualization tools</strong></li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>data governance, security, and compliance</strong></li><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working in <strong>enterprise-scale data environments</strong></li><li>Exposure to <strong>real-time data processing and analytics</strong></li><li>Knowledge of <strong>cloud architecture and distributed systems</strong></li><li>Prior experience working with cross-functional and global teams</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Eligibility Criteria:</strong></p><ul><li>Candidates on <strong>GC, USC, L2S, H4 EAD, TN, OPT EAD</strong> are encouraged to apply</li><li>Must be open to <strong>relocation across the USA</strong> or willing to work in <strong>key states such as New Jersey, New York, etc.</strong></li><li><strong>No C2C / consultancy profiles</strong> will be considered</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Opportunity to work on cutting-edge <strong>Microsoft Fabric and cloud data platforms</strong></li><li>Collaborative and growth-oriented environment</li><li>Competitive compensation and benefits</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>For Faster approach shoot your resumes at karthik.n@precisiontechcorp.com .
