Position Overview

The Junior Data Analyst at Los Angeles Pacific University in San Dimas, CA is responsible for the effective maintenance and integrity of Admissions and Enrollment data using Jenzabar One and Salesforce. This role supports the admissions and enrollment team by ensuring data consistency through adherence to policies and procedures, enabling accurate reporting and improved decision‐making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain data integrity between the Enrollment CRM (Salesforce) and the Jenzabar Student Information System.
  • Conduct regular data audits and generate admissions, enrollment, and program reports.
  • Support the development and maintenance of streamlined admissions processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for admissions and enrollment data management, ensuring adherence to policies.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives through data-driven insights and continuous monitoring.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance with FERPA and related privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL or similar database query tools.
  • Two or more years of hands-on data entry, analysis, and reporting experience.
