Customer Service Representative

Key Objectives Provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance to customers via multiple communication channels. Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring a positive outcome. Collaborate with internal teams to address and escalate concerns when necessary. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Responsibilities Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat. Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives. Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies. Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and recurring issues.<br><br> <br> <h3>Requirements</h3> Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
