Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator (QuickBooks + LTL Shipping)

Location: Greensboro, NC (On-site)

Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 + Bonus Potential

About the Role

We are an established, 40+ year-old provider of blasting and specialty cleaning equipment seeking a high-level Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to support daily operations. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can own order processing, shipping logistics, and customer communication independently.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer orders from entry through delivery
- Serve as primary contact for B2B customer inquiries
- Coordinate LTL freight shipments and carrier selection
- Create and manage Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Track shipments and resolve issues
- Handle invoicing and credit card transactions in QuickBooks
- Work with sales and operations teams

Requirements

- 2–5+ years in customer service, logistics, or operations
- Strong QuickBooks experience
- Experience with LTL shipping and freight coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities
- Strong attention to detail

- Industrial distribution, equipment, or manufacturing background
- Experience comparing freight quotes and managing carriers
- Basic accounting knowledge (AP/AR)
