Provide expert consultation to maintain, repair, and upgrade Bell aircraft. Provide hands-on maintenance for Bell-owned aircraft during trade shows and demonstration tours. Develop and conduct presentations on maintenance-related topics to customers at conferences. Collaborate with all functions within Bell (Spares, Warranty, PSE, Engineering, etc) to address customer needs. Represent the Bell brand by striving for positive customer experiences using effective communication and exhibiting Bell values. Provide a communication channel to the commercial business to ensure organizational alignment around continuous improvement and customer intimacy.
