Customer Sales Manager
Job Description:
- Partner with the customer and build rapport at all levels to fully understand their business and the marketplace.
- Achieve New Item Authorization goals, Distribution goals, and Base Business Objectives such as Revenue and Share Growth.
- Implement Kraft Heinz pricing strategies for owned categories and achieve promotional revenue objectives.
- Cross-functional collaboration to manage execution of assigned category objectives and maintain files and business documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company.
- Owned a desk of at least $10MM of business.
- Manage and balance a large trade budget.
- Ability to work autonomously within a CBT framework to plan and achieve priorities.
- Polished interpersonal skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and proprietary Sales systems such as IRI, Spark, etc.
- Strong analytical skills; able to use syndicated and/or ambiguous data to develop comprehensive business plans.
