This position fills in for regular<br><br>custodians during absences due to vacation, illness, and or leave,<br><br>ensuring consistent cleanliness, safety, and appearance standards across<br><br>all assigned areas.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Essential<br><br><ul><li> Daily cleaning of buildings includes dusting, cleaning windows,<br><br></li></ul>floors, walls, and furniture, restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks,<br><br>etc. Includes the use of custodial tools and equipment.<br><br><ul><li> Custodiansare responsible formaintainingthe interior spaces from the<br><br></li></ul>ceiling to the floor. This includes but not limited to cleaning<br><br>light fixtures and replacing light bulbs, cleaning HVAC supply and<br><br>return vents, and changing HVAC filters depending on their location.<br><br><ul><li> Assistother employees as needed.</li><li> Adhere toestablishedcleaning schedules and quality standards in<br><br></li></ul>various campusbuildings.<br><br><ul><li> Arrive on time for work, attend work regularly, and successfully<br><br></li></ul>perform the responsibilities of the position.<br><br><ul><li> Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures.</li><li> Comply withHutchCCpolicies, procedures, and practices.<br><br></li></ul>Secondary<br><br><ul><li> Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director and/or<br><br></li></ul>Coordinators of the Facilities department.
