CRO Specialist

<p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist to join our team. We are a leading marketing agency dedicated to helping our clients achieve remarkable growth, and we need an expert to focus on optimizing conversion funnels for our e-commerce clients.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Shopify platform and a proven track record of using data-driven strategies to improve conversion rates and increase revenue.</p><p></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Conduct in-depth audits of client Shopify stores, analyzing user behavior, and identifying friction points in the customer journey.</p></li><li><p>Develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies and testing plans to improve conversion rates, average order value, and overall site engagement.</p></li><li><p>Utilize and implement Shopify apps and other third-party tools to enhance store functionality and user experience.</p></li><li><p>Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests on key pages (e.g., product pages, checkout flows, landing pages) to validate hypotheses and drive continuous improvement.</p></li><li><p>Create and implement effective upselling and cross-selling strategies on e-commerce sites.</p></li><li><p>Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with our marketing, design, and development teams to ensure a cohesive and high-performing digital experience.</p></li><li><p>Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in conversion rate optimization and the Shopify ecosystem.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience as a CRO Specialist, specifically with a focus on Shopify and e- commerce platforms.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics, heatmaps (ex: microsoft clarity), and session recordings to derive actionable insights.</p></li><li><p>Experience in implementing and optimizing Shopify apps for conversion purposes.</p></li><li><p>In-depth knowledge of upselling, cross-selling, and other psychological principles of e- commerce.</p></li><li><p>A solid understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.</p></li><li><p>Experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or others).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with and understanding of AI-powered tools for data analysis, A/B testing, and personalized customer experiences.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong></p><p>This is a full-time, remote position (40 hours per week) with a work schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (time zone to be specified, e.g., PST/EST).</p>
