BIG is seeking a Creatio Developer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our Creatio practice. In this role, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and clients to design, configure, and deliver Creatio-based CRM and process automation solutions. This role is ideal for someone early in their development career who enjoys working with low-code/no-code platforms, learning modern CRM technologies, and contributing to end-to-end solution delivery in a consulting environment. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li>Configure and customize Creatio CRM applications using low-code / no-code tools</li> <li>Build and maintain business processes, workflows, and automation logic in Creatio</li> <li>Customize UI components, pages, sections, and dashboards</li> <li>Support development of user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs</li> <li>Assist with C#/.NET customizations to extend Creatio functionality when required</li> <li>Support integrations between Creatio and external systems using REST APIs</li> <li>Collaborate with Business Analysts to translate requirements into working solutions</li> <li>Participate in testing, UAT, and deployment activities</li> <li>Troubleshoot issues and support post-go-live enhancements</li> <li>Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing</li> <li>Work within an Agile delivery model, participating in sprint ceremonies</li> <li>Use tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps to track work and progress</li> </ul> Required Skills & Experience <ul> <li>2+ years of experience working with Creatio</li> <li>Hands-on experience with Creatio configuration, workflows, and business rules</li> <li>Basic working knowledge of C# and .NET</li> <li>Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript</li> <li>Understanding of CRM concepts and customer lifecycle processes</li> <li>Exposure to system integrations and APIs</li> <li>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li> <li>Good communication and collaboration skills</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)</li> </ul> Nice to Have <ul> <li>Creatio certification (Developer or Analyst)</li> <li>Prior consulting or client-facing experience</li> <li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps or Jira</li> <li>Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)</li> <li>Interest in growing toward a senior developer or solution architect path </li> </ul> BIG is a high growth Cloud Consulting firm with offices in Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, Denver, India and the United Kingdom.
