Responsibilities
Assist FSU faculty and the ODL Instructional Development team with online course development and quality enhancement. Tasks include remediating accessibility issues in courses, uploading and assembling course content for instructors, and reviewing courses using Quality Matters standards.
Complete various administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
High school diploma/equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not required).
- One year or more of customer service experience (preferred but not required).
- Demonstrates an eagerness to learn new things that involve technology.
- Demonstrates desire to help anyone in need.
- Demonstrates ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrates ability to solve complex problems.

Available to work a minimum of 20 hours a week, preferably 30-40 hours a week; Office hours are 8:00 am – 5:00pm, Monday-Friday
