Hourly position - $16.11/HR
Must be flexible to work early morning hours to include weekends and holidays
PURPOSE:
The Count Team Member is responsible for ensuring accurate collection and counting of currency from gaming machines, kiosks and/or any other cash storage units, while ensuring precise documentation of all currency taken from the daily drop.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Physical demands: must be able to bend, reach, push & pull carts, stand for long periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Available to work various shifts including, graveyard, weekends, holidays and attend mandatory team member meetings.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Ensure proper implementation of count room procedures for drop and count.
- Provide/acquire training of equipment to include the floor layout for the drop.
- Ensure proper layout of currency and record currency on proper forms.
- Ensure mechanical maintenance of all equipment to avoid delays.
- Report the finding of counterfeit currency while processing the count to the Cage Supervisor on duty in which the cage will be responsible for notifying surveillance and security.
- Ensure the safety of Count Team Members (i.e. back supports, gloves, etc.) by bringing any issues of safety to the attention of the Cage Manager/Casino Facility Management.
- Ensures all procedures are completed in accordance with established SICS and consistently applied.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
Skills and Abilities:
- Demonstrate working knowledge of mathematical concepts.
- Ability to work well with a team and take direction.
PREFERRED:
Education and Experience:
- Working knowledge of computers and the various programs and applications.
- Previous cash handling or cashier experience.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Must possess sensitivity to the Native American culture.
- Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
- Must comply with all Naskila Casino Policies.
- Must successfully complete an Introductory Period.
- Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.
- Must follow all Safety Rules and Regulations.
- Must adhere to Dress Code and Appearance Policies.
- Must maintain and wear uniform provided by Naskila Casino, if applicable.
- Practice good personal hygiene.
- Must be willing to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary by the Department Manager.
