Content Project Manager (part time, remote, EST time zone)
Overview
Seeking a Content Project Manager to lead the development and optimization of customer experience resources supporting instructors, students, and internal teams .This role sits within Customer Experience Marketing and focuses on translating complex workflows into clear onboarding materials, training resources, and how-to guides aligned to a customer-first support strategy . You will also manage customer feedback insights , ensuring proper routing for timely follow-up and resolution .

Pay: $40 - $45/hr, paid weeklyContent Project Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in content management , technical writing , or documentation ownership (experience in SaaS or edTech preferred)
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, user-friendly content
- Exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills
- Experience managing content lifecycles including creation, updates, and governance
- Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and Research
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Office, Asana, and SharePoint
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with strong attention to detail
- Preferred experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Lead the creation, production, and maintenance of customer-facing and internal content
- Translate complex workflows and processes into clear documentation, onboarding resources, and training materials
- Maintain and optimize a centralized content library to ensure resources are organized, accurate, and up to date
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align content with product updates, customer needs, and business priorities
- Monitor and manage Customer Experience survey feedback , routing insights to appropriate teams for timely action and continuous improvement
