Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.
What you’ll achieve:
As a Consultant, you will provide practical guidance and tools that help clients execute solution improvements. You will analyze operations, develop interventions, and coordinate program execution.

You will:
- Conduct assessments; recommend standardization and automation opportunities.
- Support documentation and controls across delivery phases.
- Build dashboards and reports translating data into insights.
- Develop toolkits and communications for change adoption.

Essential Requirements:
- 12+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills; ability to synthesize complex information.
- Experience partnering with leaders on architecture initiatives.
- Comfort with integration/platform tooling and BI.
- Clear communication and professional presence.
Desirable Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP or ITIL Foundation
