We are seeking a Project Manager to join our energetic, self-motivated Retail Program Management Team, supporting the project management of new store construction across North America. This role is a part of JLL’s Project and Development Service team. The role will be responsible for managing retail projects, leading a team of Retail Project Managers, and / or directly interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess: <ul><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Preferred Experience in Restaurant Project Management / Construction Management</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">The ability to engage diverse working groups, inspire ideas, and drive work product</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">The optimal candidate will be confident in providing pro-active project management solutions that not only deliver a high-quality retail store (on-time and under-budget), but also create value, new ideas, and process improvement for the client. The level of professionalism and innovative ideas is as important as the delivery of the new stores.</li></ul> RESPONSIBILITIES: <ul><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Work directly with team lead and client for program best practices and delivery</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Deliver renovations and monitor the delivery of new stores by other team members.</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Engage the client early on in the design process</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Manage Owner Supplied Material orders and tracking</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Control the project schedule and align all stakeholders</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Maintain an Anticipated Costs Report with accurate and up-to-date project financial tracking</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Lead weekly program calls for all active projects</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Engage in project specific calls and meetings with specific project teams</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Track value add, innovation, and changes</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Support the client with organizational and process design</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Bring innovation, leadership, and inspiration to everything the team touches</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Provide input into resource allocation and budget utilization</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Mentor JLL and client employees to support a unified delivery process</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Use good judgement to adjust course when necessary to accommodate specific stakeholder practices</li></ul> QUALIFICATIONS: <ul><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field required.</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Must have a minimum of 5-12 years of relevant work experience.</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Must have deep retail construction management experience</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Advanced MS Office skillset required</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Flexibility with work hours and travel (approximately 50%) as needed</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Ability to multi-task and work both in a team and independently</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to successfully communicate with architects, contractors, client’s representatives, and team members</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Comply with all JLL policies and procedures, including but not limited to ethics and business practice.</li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important">Assist the Local PDS team in meeting Adjusted Gross Margin (“AGM”) targets on a Regional and National level as determined on a yearly basis by the Management Executive Committee</li><li>Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities that may be assigned</li></ul>This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
