This role is a part of JLL’s Project and Development Service team.  The role will be responsible for managing retail projects, leading a team of Retail Project Managers, and / or directly interacting with senior level clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will possess:<br></p><ul><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span><b><u>Preferred Experience in Restaurant Project Management / Construction Management</u></b></span></span></p></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span>The ability to engage diverse working groups, inspire ideas, and drive work product</span></span></p></li><li style="color:#4a4a4a !important"><p><span style="color:#4a4a4a"><span>The optimal candidate will be confident in providing pro-active project management solutions that not only deliver a high-quality retail store (on-time and under-budget), but also create value, new ideas, and process improvement for the client.
