CNC Machine Operator

We are looking for a meticulous CNC Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in producing precision components, ensuring adherence to the highest quality standards, and contributing to our production goals. Your expertise in CNC machinery and blueprint interpretation will be essential to our success.

• Operate CNC machines to fabricate parts in accordance with technical specifications.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD files to inform the machining process.
• Monitor machine performance and implement necessary adjustments to maintain quality.
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Maintain a safe and orderly work environment, adhering to established safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to refine production workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Document relevant production data.

Required Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of CNC programming languages (G-code, M-code).

Preferred Skills

• Technical degree or certification in machining.
• Familiarity with various CNC machines and tooling.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
