<p><span style="font-weight: bold">WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER?</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">We need someone during the daytime hours</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><br></p> <p><span>Main Function: Completes Bio-Psychosocial Re-Assessment and Assessment, CAFAS, DLA-20, and treatment plans</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span>Qualifications:</span></p> <p><br></p> <p><span style="font-weight: bold">FULLY LICENSED: </span></p> <p><br></p> <p>Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) ~ a licensed professional counselor by the Washington D.C.</p> <p>State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors</p> <p><br></p> <p>Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW)- licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington, DC Board of Social Workers</p> <p><br></p> <p>Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)- licensed as a clinical professional counselor by the Washington, DC State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors</p> <p><br></p> <p>Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) ~ licensed as a clinical social worker by the Washington, DC Board of Social Workers</p> <p><br></p> <p><span>Position Responsibilities:</span></p> <p><br></p> <ul> <li>Complete clinical documentation (ASAM assessments, Diagnostic Assessment, Treatment Plans, CAFAS and DLA-20's) promptly and update as required.</li> <li>Design of the treatment protocols employed within the agency</li> <li>Provide reassessments when needed </li> <li>Preferably need someone during the daytime hours from 10-2pm or 3-7pm.</li> <li>Contract position</li> </ul>
