This role focuses on driving user adoption, enabling business readiness, and ensuring smooth transitions through structured change management practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ERP programs, strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, and expertise in applying PROSCI methodologies in regulated environments. <div 0.0px;line-height:normal;background-color:white;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif">PROSCI Certification (mandatory) with practical application experience.</li> <li style="margin:0.0in The starting pay range for this remote role is $64,008 - $133,350. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations.
