Job Context Agilyx delivers ERP and technology solutions that enable long-term business transformation. This role is responsible for delivering Certinia-based solutions to clients and ensuring projects meet defined scope, timelines and commercial objectives. You will work closely with the PMO, contribute to pre-sales activities and support the development of junior consultants. Responsibilities Pre-Sales <ul> <li>Support pre-sales by leading product demonstrations and contributing to solution design</li> <li>Provide input to proposals, estimates and statements of work</li> <li>Identify and communicate opportunities for existing and prospective clients</li> </ul> Project Delivery <ul> <li>Deliver Certinia solutions aligned to agreed requirements and acceptance criteria</li> <li>Provide functional consultancy on product capability and best practice business processes</li> <li>Configure, implement and support Certinia and associated solutions</li> <li>Produce key deliverables including functional documentation, test scripts and training materials</li> <li>Deliver client training sessions and post-implementation support</li> <li>Troubleshoot and resolve solution and environment issues</li> </ul> Project Governance <ul> <li>Manage risks and issues within assigned workstreams</li> <li>Communicate progress, impacts and resolutions to stakeholders</li> <li>Contribute to project planning and estimation activities</li> <li>Align delivery to Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards</li> <li>Maintain awareness of commercial impact in all decisions and activities</li> </ul> Internal Contribution <ul> <li>Mentor and support junior consultants</li> <li>Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices</li> <li>Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge</li> </ul> Qualifications and Experience <ul> <li>3 to 5 years’ experience delivering Certinia solutions</li> <li>Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud certifications</li> <li>Salesforce Administrator certification</li> <li>Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment</li> <li>Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK</li> <li>Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent experience</li> </ul> Core Competencies <ul> <li>Strong functional expertise in Certinia and related platforms</li> <li>Effective stakeholder and client relationship management</li> <li>Clear and professional communication skills</li> <li>Structured problem-solving and analytical capability</li> <li>Strong planning and organisational skills</li> <li>Commercial awareness</li> </ul> Compliance <ul> <li>Adhere to ISO9001 quality management and ISO27001 information security standards</li> <li>Comply with health, safety and environmental policies</li> </ul> Values <ul> <li>Act in line with Agilyx values in all client and internal interactions</li> </ul> Location <ul> <li>Remote-first role with travel across the UK as required</li> <li>Occasional international travel may be required</li> <li>Willingness to travel and stay overnight is essential</li> </ul>
