Through the Michigan Home Help Program, you may be eligible to get paid for the care you’re already providing — with full support from our agency every step of the way.

What You’ll Do (For Your Loved One)

  • Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, meal prep & feeding)

✅ Basic Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, your loved one typically must:

  • Have active Medicaid
  • Need hands-on help with daily activities (such as bathing or mobility)
  • Live in Michigan

Caregiver Requirements

  • You are currently caring for a family member or loved one
  • Your loved one may qualify for the Home Help Program
  • You live in Michigan
  • Willing to complete required state onboarding paperwork
